Ultimately the amount of filling in the footbag depends on the style of play. Another factor is weight, if the bag is heavy but loosely filled that would make it good for the stalling style of play. around 40-50 grams and 40-50% full is preferred for this style of play.
There is a great guide here: http://www.footbagclub.com/FreestyleEquipment
If there are other players in your area you might be able to try some of their footbags and make a decision based on that. You can find other players by going to the clubs section of www.footbag.org.
just by a new one. refilling the old one will cost just as much and require a complicated process
A soccer ball is made of pentagons and hexagons. Each pentagon is surrounded by 5 hexagons.
By Del Amo, I'm assuming Chino Hills, CA ? If so, I used to work for WalMart, and we carried them in a variety of colors, designs, and styles. There is one relatively close to you.

I would assume Big 5 carries them as well being a large scale sporting goods retailer. I've included the phone number for the El Segundo store...Tel: 310-297-7777...Give 'em a call. For reference, the original Hack-Sack is manufactured by Wham-O.
IMO the mr sandbag from www.freedomfootbags.com is the best beginner bag out there. It is easier to control than the sandmaster. Also you might like to check out www.footbag.org to see if other people play in your area, other local players might have some bags that you can try before buying ;)
ah i would like to no the same thing because i am just beginning and can only get 9 in a row sorry im not any help to you
hacky sack no doubt somtimes i mess up with footbags git a hacky sack with small rice pieces and a knit cover. hacky sack lasts longer it may be a tiny more expenive but it worx better and is higher quality!
If you are prepared to get one online, I'd suggest a MR sandbag from Freedom footbags. They ship to the UK for no extra cost.

also I suggest you have a look at this:

check walmart.
Don't know of any stores except maybe a True Value,Ace, Do it Beat. If they don't have them in stock, they can get them. Usually takes a few days to get the order. You can also get Potato Sacks at Vermont Country Store. You would have to do that over the computer unless you live in Vermont. Byee I hope that is what a Hacky Sack is!
you can practice juggling the ball frequently..also u may download videos of famous footballers juggling and then you should study their techniques..look closely at their feet..how they bend it to control the direction of the ball..
remember..practice makes perfect..
practice practice practice.....its the only way...
sorry never played that game

How do throw a left hook without ur shoulder hurting? How long should I wait to start amature career?
Hi Nard! First of all always make sure that when you're throwing a left hook that you keep your shoulder limber and relaxed. Make sure that the Twisting of your Hips is what actually is throwing the punch! Practice Turning in to the target with your whole body! Try it slow at first, paying close attention that you are NOT TENSING UP that shoulder. Focus on exploding your entire uncoiled body in to the hook. Remember the key words are Limber shoulder, Twisting Hips. Now go work on that dynamite hook Nard!
EDIT to ASH: Hello Ash! You still have a great deal yet to discover about the fighting arts I see Unfortunately if the only outside of western boxing experience you have is the controlled points sport of Tae Kwon Do{which is very foot emphsis}, then there is alot that you still need to learn. That's totally alright though. We all are on different levels in life's journey of learning the fighting arts. If I may make a suggestion to you Ash, I would encourage you to try to find a qualified Muay Thai or Jeet Kune Do instructor in your area. It will help you a great deal in your learning of boxing! You will be shocked and pleasantly suprised at how much knowledge there still is for you out there in the growing process. This new knowledge incorporated in to your technique will help you to become the very best you can be. I would also suggest Ash that if you have a good bookstore near you that you pick up a copy of Bruce Lee's Tao of Jeet Kune Do. It is one of the best most comprehensive books that you will ever read on the Art of Fighting INCLUDING Western Boxing. You should really enjoy it! Good luck Ash, on your continuing journey of knowledge and learning in the fighting arts!
My softball team in college used to hacky sack between doubleheader games to stay loose and relaxed. You could begin by mastering various types of stalls ranging in difficulty.
Try http://www.footbag.org/ for some cool video on tricks.
a big footbag
hehe...bigfoot
did you try Ebay?
Well, this depends entirely on the style of play that you are doing. If you are really comfortable doing clippers and osis moves then sure go for it. If you are still working on your bag control you might do better to use a footbag like the mr sandbag from freedom footbags. Another option is to get in contact with some of the lesser known stitchers and get them to make you a custom footbag, you can find some of the up and coming stitchers at the modified.in forum.
